A popularized presentation of the latest compositional techniques in multichannel sound reproduction, as well as the Arctic 3D Soundscape Project funded by the Oulu 2026 – European Capital of Culture. Creating tools for the future, The October Society for Contemporary Music and the School of Culture at Oulu University of Applied Sciences have jointly built a 23-channel Sound Dome in the Cross Media Studio at the Linnanmaa Campus.
